Certification Details BLS ACLS NIHSS Job Details High acuity ICU Experience with Open heart, Neuro, CRRT experience 30 Bed SICU-MICU-Neuro EPIC experience a must Schedule includes working every other weekend, and every other Holiday Floating is an expectation of this contract should ICU experience low census No RTO for holidays Job Requirements BLS ACLS NIHSS State License Requirements Schedule Information Every other weekend Every other Holiday Call in sick on a weekend Friday 7p-Monday 7am will require making up the sick call on the following weekend Unit Specific Information ICU experience required Experience in CRRT-CABG-Stroke Additional Details Driver's license, State ID, or Passport required Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) required within 60 days of start Relias accepted. Must be completed annually. Annual Respirator fit test required COVID-19 Vaccine required
