What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers—greet them warmly, ask about their preferences, and make tailored recommendations.

• Provide expert knowledge—help customers find the perfect wine, NA, or spirits while offering pairing suggestions.

• Create an inviting atmosphere—ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

• Handle transactions efficiently—assist customers with purchases, process payments, and answer any product questions.

• Be a trusted resource—uphold a professional demeanor while maintaining a down-to-earth and approachable attitude.

• Stay informed—learn about new products, trends, and promotions to better assist customers.

• Assist with inventory & merchandising—restock shelves, set up displays, and ensure pricing accuracy.
