What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Retail Company?
Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable input and payment processing
- Accounts Receivable and cash receipt processing
- Process customer invoices
- Daily store cash reconciliation and deposits
- Loan financing reconciliation
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and input journal entries to General Ledger
- Perform various GL account analysis as necessary
- Assist with various administrative duties
Qualifications:
- HS diploma. Further finance or accounting education preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in high volume organization
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of financial statements and General Ledger functions
- Excellent Microsoft office skills. Excel a must
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast paced environment a must
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Salary : $25 - $30
