A. Prospect, canvass, and solicit independent grocers across the Pacific Northwest.
B. Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer contracts, renewals, and key customer data in the CRM.
C. Engage and effectively communicate with owners and IT Directors to build relationships and strategically identify customer business challenges and how to solve them.
D. Collaborate with sales engineering, solution architects, and marketing teams to position add-on solutions effectively.
E. Participate in project planning related to marketing initiatives & industry trade shows.
F. Develop and intermediate level knowledge regarding the RDS technology portfolio.
G. Engagement with RDS Management on client negotiation and quoting processes.
H. Provide excellent customer experience and service practices while representing the company with integrity and professionalism.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
