Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target new clients in the retail display, merchandising, and commercial fixture industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in retail, brands, and corporate merchandising teams.
- Present and pitch Retail First’s custom retail display solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, and production) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools and sales metrics.
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in retail displays, merchandising, or commercial fixtures is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a commission-based role.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
