About the Role : As the Store Manager , you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, creating an exceptional shopping experience, and leading a passionate team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has a keen eye for fashion, and is driven by leadership, sales, and operational excellence. This is a Temporary Contract role while the brand has a 6-month residency at The Platform shopping center in Culver City, California. Key Responsibilities : Lead, inspire, and develop a team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences Ensure the store operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with brand values Drive & Manage store KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer engagement Oversee visual merchandising to uphold the brand's signature aesthetic Handle inventory management, stock control, and operational processes Build strong relationships with customers, fostering a loyal and engaged community Train and mentor the store team members to create a positive and high-performing culture Maintain operational standards, including cash handling, reporting, and loss prevention Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand both in-store and within the local fashion community About You : 3 years of experience in retail management (preferably in fashion) Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of styling and trends Proven track record in driving sales and exceeding store KPIs Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience Able to work weekends Why Join Us?
