At the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), we convene decision-makers from the top retail brands, advocate on behalf of the industry, and promote operational excellence and innovation. Our aim is bold but simple: to elevate a dynamic industry by transforming the environment in which retailers operate.

We are the leading retail trade association in Washington, DC, known for our member-driven approach, talented team of experts across a broad range of issues, and knack for building consensus. The RCF engages public sector stakeholders, including state and local law enforcement and prosecutors, as well as community and social service organizations, to develop research, educational materials, and evidence needed to create and implement data-backed solutions to address retail theft and associated criminal activity.
