- Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to build trust and encourage repeat business.
- Identify and establish partnerships that align with business objectives and open up new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product, operations) to leverage resources in support of partnership development and maintenance.
- Maintain an organized and detailed sales pipeline to manage leads and forecast business opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to create cohesive strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, pipeline updates, and revenue growth.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within tech or retail.
- Excellent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events (if applicable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Comp range $75,000 - $90,000 ( commission)
- Hybrid working 2 days per week allowing flexibility and collaboration with colleagues
