As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing inventory, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Duties

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and implement effective sales management techniques to maximize profitability.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive team environment.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding product selection and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
