This role offers the flexibility of setting your own schedule while providing essential support to various retail locations within a 15-mile radius of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately execute all assigned projects, which may include:
• Stocking and organizing products on the sales floor
• Conducting audits to ensure products are positioned correctly
• Placing signage and stickers on products
• Collecting data and setting up displays
• Maintaining planograms and providing product knowledge training
• Report all completed assignments via the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App, including required documentation and photos.
• Complete necessary preparatory work for in-store tasks, ensuring all instructions and supplies are available.
• Exercise sound judgment for routine decision-making, including identifying issues that require escalation to the Home Office and optimizing your work schedule to meet deadlines.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to achieve company and client objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with RMS colleagues, ensuring timely and respectful communication.
  

Required Skills

• Fundamental understanding of retail and merchandising operations, with the ability to comprehend retail terminology and procedures.
• Reliable transportation to commute to retail locations within a specified radius.
• Proficient in utilizing a smart device for project-related tasks, including taking and uploading photos.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Ability to organize and manage weekly assignments to meet deadlines effectively.
