Key Responsibilities

As a Merchandising Representative, you will be tasked with ensuring retail stores maintain high merchandising standards. Your primary duties will include:

• Timely and accurate completion of merchandising projects, including stocking and organizing products on the sales floor
• Conducting audits to confirm products are correctly placed and displayed
• Collecting data and setting up displays as needed
• Reporting completed projects via the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App
• Preparing for in-store projects by reviewing instructions and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
• Developing and nurturing professional relationships with store personnel and RMS team members

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of \(10.00 - \)13.25
• Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for travel to stores outside your home location
• Compensation for drive time at $10.00 per hour or applicable minimum wage
