Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned projects with precision and timeliness, which may encompass:
- Stocking and organizing products on the sales floor
- Conducting audits to verify correct product placement
- Applying stickers or signage to products
- Collecting data and setting up displays
- Maintaining planograms and resetting displays
- Participating in product knowledge training
- Report project completions through the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App, including addressing project-specific inquiries and submitting required visuals.
- Prepare for in-store assignments, including reviewing project instructions and ensuring availability of materials.
- Employ judgment in routine decision-making, such as escalating store-level issues to the Home Office and establishing a work schedule that aligns with project deadlines.
- Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with key store personnel to achieve both company and client goals.
- Collaborate effectively with RMS employees, including peers and management, ensuring all communications remain professional and timely.
- Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods, with some tasks requiring occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Fundamental understanding of retail and/or merchandising operations.
- Ability to comprehend retail terminology and procedures.
- Proficient in utilizing company software applications.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to designated retailers.
- Access to internet capabilities for document preparation and communication.
- Regular use of a smart device capable of running relevant applications.
- Effective communication skills across various mediums, including in-person, telephonic, and electronic.
- Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines effectively.
- Proficient in utilizing basic tools such as screwdrivers and box cutters.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required, though familiarity with retail or merchandising is advantageous.

- Competitive hourly wage ranging from \(10.80 to \)14.31.
- Mileage reimbursement of \(0.45 per mile for temporary assignments at different locations, along with paid drive time at \)10.00 per hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is greater.
