Key Responsibilities
- Execute all assigned projects promptly and accurately, which may include:
- Organizing and stocking products on the sales floor
- Conducting audits to verify correct product placement
- Implementing promotional displays and maintaining planograms
- Collecting data and reporting project completion via the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App
- Preparing for in-store assignments by ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and instructions
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with key store personnel and fellow RMS team members
- Make informed decisions regarding project execution and escalate issues to the Home Office as needed
- Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, and perform other physical tasks as required
- Fundamental comprehension of retail and merchandising operations
- Proficiency in effective communication, both in person and through digital channels
- Strong organizational capabilities for managing project timelines
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Competence in utilizing basic tools (screwdriver, box cutter, etc.)
- A foundational understanding of retail operations is preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel within a 15-mile radius of your home
- Regular access to a smart device with data capabilities for project management
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work independently
