Job Overview

As a Part-Time Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for servicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your residence. This role offers the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, with hours varying from week to week, typically averaging between 1 to 6 hours. The workload may fluctuate depending on seasonal demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all assigned projects in a timely and accurate manner, which may include:
• Stocking and organizing products on the sales floor
• Conducting audits to ensure accurate product placement
• Applying signage and stickers on merchandise
• Collecting data and setting up displays
• Maintaining planogram integrity
• Report completed tasks through the RMS Web Portal or Mobile Application, including project-specific queries and required documentation.
• Prepare for in-store assignments by gathering necessary supplies and reviewing project instructions.
• Engage in routine decision-making for resolving store-level issues and effectively manage your work schedule to meet deadlines.
• Foster professional relationships with store personnel and colleagues to achieve team and client goals.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods, as needed.

• Hourly pay rate of $14.27.
• Mileage compensation of \(0.45 per mile when traveling to non-home stores or drive time paid at \)10.00 per hour, or applicable minimum wage, whichever is greater.
