- Complete assigned merchandising projects with precision and timeliness, which may include stocking, organizing, and auditing products on the sales floor.
- Perform data collection and setup of product displays to enhance in-store visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of completed projects via the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App, ensuring all necessary documentation and photos are submitted.
- Prepare for in-store assignments by organizing required materials and reviewing project instructions in advance.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with store personnel and fellow RMS employees to achieve operational goals.
- A fundamental understanding of retail and merchandising operations, with the ability to comprehend retail terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in using smart devices and relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage weekly projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication capabilities, both in-person and through digital means, to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.

- Mileage reimbursement for travel to non-home locations at a rate of $0.45 per mile, along with paid drive time based on the applicable minimum wage.
