- Stocking and organizing products on the sales floor
- Conducting audits to ensure proper product placement
- Placing signage and stickers on products
- Collecting data and setting up displays
- Maintaining planograms and conducting product knowledge training
- Reporting completed projects via the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App
- Preparing necessary materials for in-store projects
- Establishing and nurturing respectful relationships with store personnel
- Collaborating effectively with RMS team members and management
- Comprehensive understanding of retail and merchandising operations
- Proficient in reading and comprehending retail terms and procedures
- Familiarity with the Company's software applications
- Reliable transportation for commuting to retailers
- Access to a smart device with internet capabilities
- Effective communication skills across various platforms
- Strong organizational and planning abilities

- A foundational understanding of retail and merchandising is preferred

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from \(13.20 to \)17.49
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for travel to stores outside your home location
- Paid drive time at $10.00 per hour or the highest applicable minimum wage
