Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks in retail locations on a weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis.
- Ensure the effective stocking and organization of products on the sales floor.
- Conduct audits to confirm that products are correctly positioned.
- Set up displays and maintain planograms as directed.
- Report all completed projects through the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App.
- Uphold professional relationships with store personnel and RMS colleagues.
- Manage routine decision-making and escalate issues to the Home Office when necessary.
- Fundamental understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting retail terminology and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute weekly projects.
- Effective communication capabilities in person, via phone, and email.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage workflow.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to stores within a 15-mile radius.
- Access to the internet with capabilities for downloading and printing.
- Regular access to a smart device with iOS or Android for task completion.
- Flexibility and receptiveness to change in a dynamic work environment.

- Competitive hourly wage starting at $17.49 per hour for training.
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.45 per mile for travel to stores outside your immediate area.
