Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks in retail locations on a weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis.
• Ensure the effective stocking and organization of products on the sales floor.
• Conduct audits to confirm that products are correctly positioned.
• Set up displays and maintain planograms as directed.
• Report all completed projects through the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App.
• Uphold professional relationships with store personnel and RMS colleagues.
• Manage routine decision-making and escalate issues to the Home Office when necessary.

• Fundamental understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting retail terminology and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and execute weekly projects.
• Effective communication capabilities in person, via phone, and email.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation for commuting to stores within a 15-mile radius.
• Access to the internet with capabilities for downloading and printing.
• Regular access to a smart device with iOS or Android for task completion.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $17.49 per hour for training.
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.45 per mile for travel to stores outside your immediate area.
