Key Responsibilities
- Execute all designated merchandising projects promptly and accurately.
- Organize and replenish products on the sales floor to maintain visual standards.
- Conduct audits to verify proper product placement within the store.
- Set up displays and ensure compliance with planogram requirements.
- Engage in data collection and product knowledge training as needed.
- Utilize the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App to report on project completion.
- Prepare for in-store tasks by gathering necessary supplies and reviewing project instructions.
- Address any issues with store operations by escalating them to the Home Office as required.
- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with store personnel and RMS colleagues.
- A fundamental understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting retail terms and procedures.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to various retail locations.
- Regular access to a smart device for effective communication and task reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and virtually.
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively across weekly projects.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and work environments.
- Basic retail or merchandising experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Access to internet with capabilities for downloading and printing documents.

Compensation And Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from \(11.81 to \)15.65.
- Reimbursement for travel to stores not in your area at \(0.45 per mile, or applicable drive time compensation at \)10.00 per hour or local minimum wage, whichever is higher.
