- Efficiently execute a variety of merchandising tasks, including product stocking, organization, and display setup, while adhering to company standards.
- Accurately report completed projects using the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App, ensuring all requirements are met in real time.
- Prepare for in-store assignments by confirming the availability of necessary supplies and thoroughly reviewing project instructions.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to effectively meet client and company objectives.
- Make informed decisions regarding routine issues and escalate matters to the Home Office when necessary.
- Foundational knowledge of retail and merchandising operations, including the ability to comprehend retail terminology and procedures.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to various retail locations within a 15-mile radius.
- Proficiency in utilizing basic tools, such as screwdrivers and box cutters.
- Strong organizational skills to manage weekly assignments efficiently.
- Effective communication abilities, both in-person and through digital channels.
- Basic comprehension of retail processes and standards.
- Regular access to a smart device with internet capabilities for project reporting and communication.

Compensation And Benefits
- Starting pay of $16.00 per hour for training and in-store work.
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for travel to retail locations outside your designated area.
- Drive time compensation at $12.08 per hour or applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher.
