Based in the Mount Pleasant area, we are a close-knit team of 10 professionals who consider each other family. Our culture is relaxed yet focused, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, open communication, and enjoying what we do. We even usually end the days with a beer in the office!
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage luxury custom home builds in the Greater Johns Island area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on-site and can manage complex custom projects from start to finish while embodying our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities for the Residential Construction Project Manager :
- Manage all phases of custom luxury home construction, from site preparation to Certificate of Occupancy (CO).
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and community members, representing our brand professionally and personably.
- Utilize technology tools such as BuilderTrend and Microsoft Office for project planning, reporting, and communication.
- Attend weekly team meetings at HQ in Mount Pleasant and provide regular progress updates to the Director of Construction. The rest of the week he will be travelling to your job sites.
