AmLaw150 firm seeking an associate the to join its Environment & Energy Practice Group in Philadelphia, PA or Newark, NJ. Candidates should have actional matters, including knowledge of Federal or State environmental laws, with a strong academic background and excellent writing skills required.3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental law involving litigation, regulatory or trans Preference for candidate with litigation experience involving Superfund, NRD or toxic tort matters. PA and / or NJ bar preferred but not required.
