As a Family Medicine Outpatient Physician, you will :
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the medical, emotional, and social needs of patients.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and support staff, to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.Maintain a strong commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.Interview & Hiring Timeline :
