What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Retail Options?
A growing company that works primarily with extruded plastic products in Southern New Jersey (not too far from Greenwich, NJ) is actively looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to manage 7 direct reports and 11-12 indirect reports. They need someone that is highly skilled working with all aspects of maintenance and can teach / train the techs on the floor how to perform better as well as be a strong leader. This personal will be responsibile for improving the moral of the company, establishing a Preventative Maintenance program, and improving efficiencies so that they can go from 33% facility utilization to near 100% facility utilization. Although this is an extruded facility, anyone with a plastics background will do : injection molding extrusion, blow molding, thermoset, compression molding, etc. MUST be highly skilled working with electrical, mechanical, PLC, HMI, 220v-480v and adding power as necessary to grow the facility. Absolutely NO sponsorships! If they appear to require a sponsorship from their LinkedIn profile or their resume, they'll be automotically disqualified. Full benefits package including medical / dental / vision, 401K match of 5% if they put in 4%, fully vested from day 1. Vacation negotiable. Bonus potential as well. They will relocate into the area.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
