- As the Plant Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the day-to-day business operations, ensuring sales and production objectives are met at the lowest cost consistent with product quality requirements, while maintaining high safety standards and ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance. Develops business plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to support growth to annual sales volumes through delegating authority to key direct reports and utilizing inputs from cross-functional peers.
- You will demonstrate proficiency in P&L statement analysis and with budget responsibility of driving year-over-year cost reductions
- Direct functional responsibility for safety, quality, production scheduling, production, maintenance, tooling, and engineering.
- Work closely with cross-functional peers in Sales, Customer Care, Quality and Human Resources to support local and Company-wide business initiatives.
- Responsible for the site’s ISO and / or Quality Management Program.
REQUIREMENTS :
