Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- New York Bar Admission or the ability to waive in.
- LL.M. and strong tax background required .
- 2–4 years of substantive law firm experience in trust and estates law.
- Demonstrated drafting and estate administration skills , including experience with complex wills and trusts .
- Proficiency in preparing client presentations , tax calculations and analysis , and administering estates from probate through closing .
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact.
- Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment.
