Job Description
This Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects for new, urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects and be an expert communicator, proficient with contracts and subcontractor management, high-rise projects and CIP Concrete multi-story construction.
- Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
- Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
- Responsible for forecasting, tracking / reporting project costs / revenue and adherence to project estimates
- Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts / subcontracts administration
- Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
- Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders To Increase Interview Success- The Candidate will have :
- Current or previous experience working with a General Contractor
- Experience with New Construction Hospitality / Hotel & High-Rise Condo
- Experience with Urban In-Fill / Downtown
- Bachelor's Degree (Const.Management / Civil Engineering or similar degree)
- Must have experience running projects from start to finish (Ground-Up)
- Strong software and technology skills (Procore or other similar program)
- Time Management & Proven Experience with Scheduling Projects
- Experience managing teams is a plus Responsibilities

- Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals
- Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers

- Salary Range (DOE) varies from $130k to $150k for Project Managers & SPMs
