Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a partner-level attorney with extensive experience in condominium development to join their sophisticated real estate practice . This is a unique opportunity for an experienced real estate attorney to collaborate with a well-established team and contribute to a thriving practice in West Palm Beach .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .
- Bar Admission in Florida (in good standing).
- 15 years of substantive real estate experience, with a focus on condominium development .
- A portable book of business , with the ability to support a team of 1–2 associates and a condo paralegal.
- Expertise in drafting complex condominium and vertical subdivision documents .
- Highly capable of representing developers , buyers , and sellers in commercial and residential property transactions.
- Strong communication, analytical, and advocacy skills, both written and oral.
