RN / Hospice Executive Director

Location : Northeastern area of Pittsburgh, PA
HIGHLY COMPETITIVE BASE SALARY & 20% BONUS
As the RN / Executive Director-Hospice , you will be responsible for implementing company policy and mission by maintaining appropriate staffing levels, meeting set standards and goals, and assuring the long-term fiscal viability of the program(s). You are responsible for leading the local program(s) : from staffing and hiring to budgets, leadership and marketing oversight.
- Hospice experience is extremely preferred
- Individual must be highly connected in the market Looking for a gamechanger - someone that is going to come in and deliver!
- Management experience - Operations / Budget
- Sales experience - must be comfortable going out in the field and meeting with referral sources, community events, dinners with medical directors, etc.
- We need someone who has an understanding of the community and providers.
