About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Core Platform team. This role focuses on building and scaling a custom agent-based AI platform designed to process multiple gigabytes of data daily. The platform supports customers in ingesting, transforming, and analyzing structured and semi-structured data.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and build a distributed data platform that is reliable and extensible.
Develop a data ingestion layer, transformation engine, query engine, and workflow system.
Maintain autonomy and ownership over assigned projects.
Uphold best-in-class engineering practices, including code reviews, developer tooling, documentation, and testing.
Job Requirements :
5 years of experience building high-scale distributed data systems in cloud-native environments.
Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, C, C , Kotlin, Go, Rust, Scala).
Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
Prior experience working at a startup.
Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City Area.
Salary : $180,000 - $230,000
