Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Florida Bar Admission.
- At least 2 however no more than 8 years of substantive corporate / transactional experience with a focus on tax and estate planning.
- LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is required .
- Outstanding writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
