Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about trends in the vape and hemp industries, educating customers on product features, benefits, usage, and care.
• Transaction Handling: Efficiently operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and adhere to proper cash management procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify out-of-stock items, and document customer requests for specific products.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide a seamless customer experience and ensure smooth store operations.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management for ongoing improvement.
• Regulatory Adherence: Follow company policies and comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding our products.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is essential.

Job Details:

• Positions: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
• Shifts: 4-hour, 8-hour, day, evening, and morning shifts
• Work Location: In-person
