About Us
Retail Rebel specializes in liquidation with distribution centers in Missouri and North Carolina,
and retail stores in Missouri, Iowa, Georgia, and North Carolina. We re growing fast, and we
need a dynamic Project Manager to help us open new retail locations efficiently and successfully.
What Youll Do
As the Project Manager for New Store Openings, you ll oversee all aspects of our store launch
projects, from concept to grand opening. You ll work closely with internal teams and external
partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Retail Rebel s
operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for new store openings, including
timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
? Coordinate with internal departments (operations, marketing, HR, logistics, and finance)
to align project activities.
? Work with contractors, suppliers, and local officials to ensure construction and
compliance requirements are met.
? Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or
issues.
? Facilitate smooth communication across all stakeholders and provide regular project
updates to senior leadership.
What We re Looking For
? Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in retail, logistics,
or construction.
? Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a
related field (PMP certification is a plus).
? Skills:
o Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
o Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
o Analytical problem-solving and financial acumen for budget management
o Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, or
Asana)
Requirements:? Location: Willing to work out of our Atlanta, GA, or Liberty, MO offices with
occasional travel required to new store locations.
