Project Manager

Job Location: Dallas, TX

Salary Range: 76,000 - 95,000

Position Overview:

The Project Manager, Supply Chain Services is responsible for managing all phases and methods associated with the implementation of on-boarding new customers post contract in an efficient manner to ensure a successful event and customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Establish new processes and procedures as part of new product development efforts and product CIP’s (Continuous Improvement Programs) to ensure WIS Supply Chain Services exceed customer and market expectations ensuring consistent and effective events
• Develop, program, and test all new account programs using the current generation IT programming tools
• Provides expertise and engages appropriately in pre-sales events to support the sales process for new and existing customers

• Concentrated emphasis on developing strong, professional relationships with WIS customers
• Multi-task efficiently and accurately in an extremely fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
• Independently manage accounts and relationships assigned, as well as being a pivotal member of the team
• Drive and train consistent process and product standards across the Supply Chain Services organization
• Ability to define, measure, analyze, suggest improvements, and implement controls related to any projects or processes
• Requirements & Implementation Planning coordinating with Operations Team to plan for implementation success using our best practices, flow plans, and account procedures
• Employ consultative client approach to identify and document customer requirements - including solution/ operational design, developing account procedures, and submit required documentation for information system and other functional areas

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or training required
• Minimum 5 years job experience in a position that requires excellent organizational skills with proven problem solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with project management, business development, account management or supply chain management preferred
• Ability to analyze and effectively communicate technical and business process impacts to stakeholders, including understanding and troubleshooting software configurations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Effective account management skills and ability to respond to and react to customer service issues whenever they may arise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and facilitation skills, both one-on-one and in groups
• Ability to work effectively and flexibly in a virtual team environment
• Keen analytical and resourceful problem-solving skills
• Weekend management of implementations with on-site availability when necessary
• Oracle experience a plus

Working Conditions:

Must be able to carry or move equipment, fixtures, and supplies up to 25 lbs. Travel by plane and automobile will be required 60% of the time; 40% of the time will be spent in a sedentary setting: must be able to sit for prolonged periods.
