Position Overview: The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for leading the successful onboarding of new leaders. The Onboarding Specialist will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work hand in hand with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure associate readiness for training. Essential Responsibilities: ? Handles incoming calls/emails relating to the onboarding process ? Initiates and makes outbound calls/emails to applicants relating to onboarding process and/or documents received ? Process cleared applicant(s) within system requirements ? Follow up with applicant(s) to complete onboarding process ? Process and quality check received employment eligibility documents and required identification forms ? Orders equipment and program access within system requirements, working with IT and following up to ensure these process? are completed within required timeline ? Requesting and following up on I-9 process when applicable within system requirements for Corporate roles ? Submitting required onboarding documents and forms to appropriate parties once received from candidates ? Update our SOP documentation when changes are implemented in reference to onboarding/state compliance ? Manages candidate relationships and communication through ATS, when applicable ? Supports sourcing of candidates, when applicable ? Maintains roster updates ? Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times Required Qualifications & Skills: ? A minimum of one (1) year of experience in onboarding or equivalent administrative experience ? Advanced MS Office skills ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?
