Key Responsibilities
- Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions, and inventory control processes.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge by constant training and learning through existing and new resources to maximize the customer experience.
- Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas including financing programs, guarantees, among others.
- Provide exceptional customer service, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement.
- Outreach or clientele, via phone call or email, Invicta Stores related information regarding promotions, new products, or special events to increase sales.
- Responsible for alarm activation/deactivation, bank deposits, general security guidelines, opening and closing procedures, and completion of the store's daily business following all safety and security guidelines according to company standard, adhering to policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Perform other retail sales-related duties as assigned by managers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior retail experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance being essential.
