Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Lead our high-end gourmet Italian restaurant chain as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO). Oversee business operations, financial performance, brand development, and expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new locations, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
- Lead financial performance, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service across all locations.
- Implement systems and processes to maintain high-quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate staff performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational success using established performance metrics and KPIs.
Financial & Budgetary Oversight:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sound fiscal management.
- Drive cost efficiencies while maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the business.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with tax and financial regulations, and timely audits.
Brand & Customer Experience:
- Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to establish a strong market presence and enhance customer loyalty.
- Measure and track brand recognition and return on investment (ROI) for marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior executive in the high-end restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and brand development.
- Ability to scale a multi-location restaurant concept while maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.
- Passion for fine dining and a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine is highly preferred.
