RoleOverview

As a Senior Account Manager for the US NA market, based in Secaucus, NJ, youwill be a key member of our sales team. Your primary responsibilities willinclude managing and growing key accounts, developing strategic relationships,and contributing to the success of our industry-leading software solutions.

What you'll do

  • AccountManagement and Relationship Building :
  • Manage and grow key accounts across theUS, increasing revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Buildexecutive relationships with customers, positioning yourself as a trustedadvisor.
  • SalesMastery :
  • Developstrategies that highlight our value proposition to top customers and keyprospects.
  • Strong presentation skills with extensive experience deliveringimpactful presentations both in person and virtually.
  • TeamCollaboration :
  • Share best practices, learnings from wins and losses, andprospecting techniques
  • Participatein sales activities, supporting your team in customer interactions.
  • Optimizeand manage sales funnels within CRM tools in coordination with the HQControlling team.
  • What you'll need

  • Experience : 5 years in progressive account management within the B2B software industry,consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the software andtelecommunication sectors, Cloud market dynamics, and enterprise customer painpoints, especially in Healthcare and Finance. Existing industry relationshipsare a plus.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to build and maintain strong customerrelationships. Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals is aplus.
  • Hands-on Mentality : Ability to devise and execute comprehensive accountmanagement strategies tailored to the US market.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using salesanalytics and CRM tools.
  • Communication : Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiationskills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Location : Based in NJ, with occasional travel upto 50%.
