ReThink Enterprise is a Colorado-based custom home construction company with years of experience serving as a General Contractor, Custom Home and Timber Frame Builder. Since 2017, we’ve been building one of a kind custom homes and timber frame structures around Colorado.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and account management
- Travel to site and and perform accurate project cost analysis to clients
- Collaborate with project managers, President and the construction team to produce accurate pricing for projects
- Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle to adhere to budgets
- Prepare and present detailed reports on estimated costs, including labor, materials, equipment, overhead and effectively explain breakdown of each.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing information and negotiate contracts.
- Assist in the development of bid proposals and participate in pre-bid meetings.
Qualifications:
- 5 years estimating custom home projects, preferred in ski resort areas
- Experience estimating custom homes between $1-3 million range preferred.
- Experience estimating large scale construction projects in mountainous terrain and temperamental weather preferred.
- Experience in working various roles in the construction industry (excavation, framing, foundations, project management, site logistics ) preferred.
Skills:
- Must be proficient with Buildertrend and Stack (Construction Project Management software)
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively to team/clients, and capable of critical analysis when presented with a project.
- Ability to self-direct and manage workload independently
License:
- Driver’s license
Schedule:
- Full Time, (M-F, 8am – 5pm, occasional evenings/weekends when project dictates)
- Hybrid Position (ability to work remote, with on-site/office visits when necessary)
