Technical Product Manager
About The Role
We are seeking a visionary Technical Product Manager to lead the development and management of our groundbreaking AI and machine learning products. In this role, you will bridge the technical and business worlds, designing products that transform complex AI technologies into accessible solutions for our diverse clientele. You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams to guide products from conception to launch, aligning product strategies with market needs and company goals.
Responsibilities
Define and prioritize product roadmaps, setting clear goals and milestones to ensure timely delivery and market impact.Work closely with R&D teams to translate market requirements into technical specifications and product features.Spearhead the entire lifecycle of product development, from ideation through development, launch, and beyond.Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends, identifying opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing offerings.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.Engage directly with customers and users to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine product features and prioritize future development.Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, leveraging data to make informed decisions about product strategy and optimizations.We Look For
At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master or PhD degree is highly desirable.3 years of experience in product management, specifically in software or technology sectors.Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and work closely with engineering teams on complex AI and machine learning technologies.Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with AI and machine learning products.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and lean startup principles.Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate those into product features.Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.Bilingual in English and Chinese
