Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in payroll management, general ledger reconciliation, and familiarity with HR software such as ADP and Workday.
Duties
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks related to employee benefits and compensation.
- Support corporate accounting functions by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Utilize HR software systems, including ADP and Workday, for data entry and reporting.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth HR operations.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to HR metrics as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll management and general ledger reconciliation.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices; experience in corporate accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as ADP and Workday.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills, including 10 key typing proficiency.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
