Retina Associates of Cleveland, Inc., a private healthcare company, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely capture of accounts payable activity in our accounting system.
Duties:
· Ensure data from various sources is accurately recorded in our ERP system, NetSuite.
· Recording AP information may be performed by uploading data, scanning invoices to be uploaded or even manual entry.
· Verify accuracy of data and make necessary any corrections while organizing and maintain records.
· Be the point person for the company plastic and virtual credit card program
· Work with the CFO for weekly AP payments in the form of checks and EFT.
· Other duties as assigned by management may also include other accounting tasks and Human Resources.
Experience:
· Proven experience in accounting, accounts payable or similar roles.
· Proficiency in accounting systems, NetSuite preferred but not required.
· Basic to intermediate abilities in Excel.
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail reliability.
· Ability to work in an office environment and perform clerical duties.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Previous use of ERP system(s), NetSuite preferred, but not required.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Type:
· Permanent, Full-Time.
Pay and Schedule:
· From $21.65 per hour.
· Expected hours: 40 per week.
