Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries via phone in both English and Spanish.
- Utilize computer skills for accurate appointment scheduling.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Assist with medical terminology as needed and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address patient needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Bilingual)
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience in appointment scheduling and medical office settings
- Ability to analyze information and assist patients effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
