We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Medical Scribe is responsible for accurately documenting patient information, including medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and test results. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the medical field and have a strong foundation in medical terminology.

Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand patient conditions and diagnoses
- Familiarize yourself with medical office systems and policies
- Develop a strong understanding of medical documentation principles and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in medical technology

Skills

- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy
- Strong typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of medical office systems and policies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Familiarity with ER and inpatient settings
- Strong understanding of medical documentation principles and guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Medical Specialty:
