What You'll Be Doing:

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Data Analyst role located in Southlake, TX. At RCA, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand and define business requirements for data solutions.
  • Data Architecture: Design and implement sophisticated data-centric and business intelligence solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop scripts to enhance our proprietary data evaluation processes, making them more flexible and scalable.
  • Data Monitoring: Oversee the automated data collection, analytics, and cleansing infrastructure to ensure data integrity.
  • Data Visualization: Building tableau dashboards to interpret and analyze results
  • Research: Conduct research to identify data sources and analyze data, generating valuable reports and actionable insights.


What We Need to See:

  • Relevant experience: 1-5 years experience in data analyst, data engineer, or data science role
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with a knack for solving complex problems and proposing effective solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, with stellar communication skills.
  • Technical Skills core to the role:

SQL: Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing SQL queries, including stored procedures.

Reporting/Visualization Tools: Knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, excel, etc.

Data Modeling: Proficiency in data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling, to support data warehousing and business intelligence.

Database Technologies: Proficiency in handling various database technologies, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

Data Integration: Experience with data integration tools and techniques, such as Azure Data Factory and SSIS.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities, set realistic timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
