Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Scribe at Retina Consultants of Charleston in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for documenting patient information, assisting healthcare providers with electronic medical records, and ensuring accurate medical terminology and charting.
Qualifications
- Scribe and Medical Terminology skills
- Knowledge of Human Anatomy
- Experience in Medical Assisting
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in an ophthalmology or healthcare setting is a plus
- Completion of a Medical Assisting program or relevant certification
