The position of Clinic Site Supervisor is Full-time and benefited, working Monday-Friday at St. Vincent's clinic location in Portland. Clinic Site Supervisor / Ophthalmic Technician overview:
Retina Northwest Clinic Site Supervisors who also serve as an Ophthalmic Technicians, are responsible for direction, supervision, day to day clinic operations, performance assessments, employee coaching, and coordination of staff & activities at their designated clinic location. Clinic Site Supervisor provides exceptional direct patient care while concurrently functioning as a working supervisor. Clinic Site Supervisors organize staff & resources; takes personal initiative and exhibits self-motivation; follows RNW office policies & procedures; maintains confidentiality of patient and employee information; manages daily operations through employee scheduling to meet patient care goals; monitors and facilitates clinic workflow for Ophthalmic Technicians, Ophthalmic Photographers, Medical Scribes, & Medical Reception staff; ensures all supply levels are at optimum levels daily; ensures all equipment is functioning properly each day; identifies problems and facilitates resolution; places high priority on the safety of patients and staff; is highly skilled at Nextech EHR & EPM (Electronic Medical Record & Electronic Health Record). Clinic Site Supervisors will provide staffing coverage as needed at Retina Northwest satellite clinic locations in Washington and Oregon.
