What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ophthalmic Technician position at Retina Specialists of Mississippi, PLLC?

Job requirements for technicians will include, but are not limited to:
- Updating patient medical history in an electronic medical record.
- Checking visual acuity
- Obtaining intraocular pressure
- Dilation
- Diagnostic imaging
- Prepping patient for Physician
Candidates must be kind and compassionate. Candidates must have a desire to learn, continuously improve, and consistently perform at a high level. Candidates must be well rounded, possess good communication skills, and be proficient working with a computer.
High school diploma required.
Collegiate level education preferred.
Previous medical experience a plus.
