We are in the search for individuals to join our highly energetic, dynamic, and rapidly developing team. Work alongside others who share a dedication toward helping preserve and improve the vision of individuals within our community. We currently have a full team based at our main clinic in Hattiesburg, MS. We are now looking to build an equally strong team to help serve the patients of Meridian and its surrounding areas.
Job requirements for technicians will include, but are not limited to:
- Updating patient medical history in an electronic medical record.
- Checking visual acuity
- Obtaining intraocular pressure
- Dilation
- Diagnostic imaging
- Prepping patient for Physician
Job requirements for receptionists will include, but are not limited to:
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail to ensure things aren't left undone
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently under general direction
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with employees and customers, both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
- Pride yourself on accurate, detailed work
- Proven ability to catch errors
- Maintain great attention to detail during repetitive tasks
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
All Candidates must be kind and compassionate. Candidates must have a desire to learn, continuously improve, and consistently perform at a high level. Candidates must be well rounded, possess good communication skills, and be proficient in working with a computer.
High school diploma required.
Collegiate level education preferred.
Previous medical experience a plus.
This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and a generous benefits package. Some travel to Hattiesburg, MS may be required.
