Our expanding Independent Insurance & financial Services firm is seeking a dedicated First Impressions Coordinator to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Client Interaction: Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Database Management: Accurately input and update client & prospect information
- Mail Handling: Oversee incoming & outgoing mail, including sorting and distributions of documents
- Office Upkeep: Keep the lobby, kitchen and conference rooms clean and organized
- Event Assistance: Participate & Support in quarterly events for prospects & clients
Experience you’ll bring:
- Exceptional Client Service: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with a knack for building relationships. Outstanding ability to provide & manage high profile interactions
- Detail Oriented: Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Adaptable Learner: Quick to learn and adapt, both independently and as part of a team.

- 2 years in a client service role in a fast-paced professional environment
- Financial Industry knowledge
- MS Office Suite, Ring central phone system, active campaign
