About The Role

What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Process payroll, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and budget planning on a bi-weekly basis.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workflow.
- Ensure HR best practices, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop Mission, Vision and Culture of the organization
- Experience5 years in homecare, healthcare management, operations, or HR leadership
- EducationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- SkillsStrong leadership, self-starter, infectious positivity, problem-solving, ability to handle stressful situations and financial management abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HR practices, and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in office management software and homecare industry systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, process payroll and billing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
